2009 Calendar

January 5, 2009	ALL COMPLETED APPLICATIONS DUE BY 5:00 PM
January 16, 2009	Applications reviewed and accepted applicants notified.
January 30, 2009	Start of Preliminary Competition The Preliminary Competition Program and instructions regarding your submission will be emailed to the email address given on the application on FRIDAY, JANUARY 30, 2009 at 5:00 pm.
February 2, 2009	Finish of Preliminary Competition Entries must be received by 10:00 am at the Boston Architectural Center, 320 Newbury Street, Boston MA 02115. Out-of-state competitors' drawings must be postmarked no later than 10:00 am of that same date, the competitor should note the time and call her/his Monitor.
February 11, 2009	Judgment of Preliminary Competition
February 27, 2009	Start of Final Competition The Final Competition Program and instructions regarding your submission will be emailed to the email address given on the application on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2009 at 5:00 pm.
March 9, 2009	Finish of Final Competition Drawings to be delivered by 10:00 am to the Boston Society of Architects, Fourth Floor, 52 Broad Street, Boston, at 10:00 am. Out-of-state competitors' drawings must be postmarked no later than 10:00 am of that same date, the competitor should note the time and call her/his Monitor.
March 19, 2009	Judgment of Final Competition After approval by Trustees, Winner and Alternate are announced at an Awards Reception open to all competitors and guests at 6:00 pm at the Boston Society of Architects, 52 Broad St, Boston.
